Refund policy
Returns
You may return any item purchased on the-garde.com within 30 days of the delivery date, unless it is final sale. Items marked as final sale at checkout may not be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure the items you wish to return are in their original condition, all tags and packaging included. Items must be unworn and unused with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@the-garde.com or login to your account.
Once your return request is received and accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A return shipping fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the return amount.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges
Please contact us at hello@the-garde.com if you would like to exchange an item.
To best ensure the item you wish to exchange for is still available, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order.
Refunds
You will be notified by email when your return has been received and accepted. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please allow up to two weeks for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.
